Fast2base –
the smart shortcut to the charging station.
As soon as the Mission robotic mower's charging level runs down, it automatically returns to the charging
station, following the perimeter cable in an anti-clockwise direction. This takes more or less time depending
on factors such as the size and complexity of the lawn area.
The Fast2Base function uses practical short cuts to significantly reduce the return-to-base time.
The function
To use the Fast2Base function*, you need the Kress No-Go Digital Fence KA0212 magnetic tape placed over the perimeter
cable at strategic points. When the Mission robotic mower is travelling along the perimeter cable and reaches the magnetic
tape, it turns left by 90°, crosses the lawn on the opposite side and in this way shortens the return trip to the charging
station.
If, during its return journey to the charging station, the Mission reaches an exclusion zone, it would normally drive round it
before continuing. When you program Fast2Base, it takes the short cut.
